How will I receive my Love Theatre tickets?

For most shows, you’ll be able to choose whether you would like your tickets to be posted to you or whether you would prefer to pick them up from the theatre box office on the day of the performance. Posted tickets will usually arrive within 5 -7 days.

What do I need to bring to collect my Love Theatre tickets at the box office?

If you’ve selected to collect your tickets from the theatre on the day of the performance, you will just need a copy of your booking confirmation email and the credit or debit card you used to pay for the tickets. Matinee tickets will be available from 1:30pm, while evening tickets can be collected from 6pm.

If you choose to have your recipient pick tickets up from the box office you can just send them along with a letter signed by you, authorising them to collect the tickets on your behalf.
