How will I receive my Love Theatre tickets?

For most shows, you’ll be able to choose whether you would like your tickets to be posted to you or whether you would prefer to pick them up from the theatre box office on the day of the performance. Posted tickets will usually arrive within 5 -7 days.

What do I need to bring to collect my Love Theatre tickets at the box office?

If you’ve selected to collect your tickets from the theatre on the day of the performance, you will just need a copy of your booking confirmation email and the credit or debit card you used to pay for the tickets. Matinee tickets will be available from 1:30pm, while evening tickets can be collected from 6pm.

Absolutely! Theatre tickets make a great gift. When you book your tickets there will be an option to let Love Theatre know that you’re buying tickets for someone else, but if you miss this step don’t worry! If you choose to have your recipient pick tickets up from the box office you can just send them along with a letter signed by you, authorising them to collect the tickets on your behalf.

Once you’ve found the show you’ve been dreaming of, click to book your tickets. Choose your dates, seats, delivery method, and proceed to checkout. Underneath the section asking you to enter your personal details, you’ll see an option to ‘use a promo code’.
