How long will my Merlin Pass take to arrive?

All Merlin Pass Monthly Memberships are dispatched the next day so you will receive your pass within 3 to 5 working days.

Can I use my Merlin Pass membership immediately after I’ve purchased it?

If you wish to visit a Merlin attraction before you receive your passes, you can gain entry by presenting your order confirmation email, photo Identification (driving licence or passport), and the payment card that is assigned to your Merlin Membership.

The process outlined above is applicable only within the first 5 days of your Merlin Membership being activated - after this time you will be required to present your physical pass. Refunds will not be issued for tickets purchased as a result of not presenting either your correct documentation or physical pass.

Can I pick up my Merlin Pass at one of their attractions?

All Merlin Pass Monthly Memberships are sent out and tracked via the Royal Mail - which means you won’t be able to collect from an attraction.

How do I obtain a discount with the Merlin Pass offers?

When buying your pass, input the offer code into the box provided and the correct price will automatically appear when you come to pay.
