What delivery options are available with Musicroom?

Royal Mail First Class deliveries cost £2.50 for orders under £15, and are otherwise free. They generally arrive 2 to 3 working days from dispatch, but can occasionally take longer.

UPS charge £3.78 for orders under £99; otherwise there’s no charge. These deliveries take 1 to 2 working days after your order has been dispatched (Monday to Friday) and require a signature of an adult (over 18 years of age).

Can I return items to Musicroom?

Musicroom accept the return of items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods within 30 days they will send you a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

You can always return items if they are defective, though Musicroom only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. If you are returning an item because of an error on Musicroom’s part or because it is defective, they will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it . Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.

To return an item, please use the Contact Form or contact a Sales Operator by e-mail at help@musicroom.com; or by telephone. You will be provided with a Returns Number which you must include when sending back your order. This number is a requirement for all returned orders - without it you will not be given a refund. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to the address provided below.
