How do I use my MyMemory discount code?

Once you've found all the MyMemory items you need, simply head over to view your basket and click on the small button asking if you have a "Discount or gift voucher?" to the right of your order summary. Clicking this will expand a text box in which you can enter your discount code. Hit "Apply Code" to redeem your savings.

Alternatively, if you've selected an offer which doesn't require a coupon code, your discounts will be automatically applied for you during the checkout process.

What delivery options are available with MyMemory?

MyMemory aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If your order has still not arrived after 21 days, please get in touch with the MyMemory customer services team.

All UK prices include standard delivery charges, and delivery normally takes no more than 3 to 5 working days.

Can I return goods to MyMemory?

You can return purchases to MyMemory within 30 days of the date you received the item if they been damaged during delivery, are defective, have been incorrectly advertised, or are not what you ordered. MyMemory will issue a full refund or a replacement, including postage costs, at no additional charge, however, they cannot accept items that are damaged due to improper handling.

Faulty items can be returned within the first 6 months of receipt, unless specified on individual product listings. MyMemory test every return for faults and defects. If an item is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you at no additional cost. Faulty goods may be substituted with another brand for the same intrinsic value.
