How do I use my One4All voucher?

Choose your gift card design and template, enter your desired amount from £10 to £400 and add your personalised message. Once you’re ready to buy, go ahead and view your basket, enter your discount code into the ‘discount codes’ box and click ‘apply’ to register your savings. Once done, you’ll be able to checkout as normal.

When will my One4All gift card arrive?

Standard postage will usually have your gift card arrive at your door within 2 – 3 business days from the time of order approval. Alternatively, you can choose Special Delivery at checkout for an additional cost, this will ensure your order arrives within 1 – 2 business days from order approval.

You’ll receive an email with your order confirmation and a tracking number to keep an eye on your gift card as it travels.

Is there a fee to buy my One4All gift card?

You can pick up a One4All gift card at your local Post Office completely free of charge. If you prefer to buy online then you will incur a small fee of 99p to cover postage and packaging.

Do I have to spend my full One4All gift card in one transaction or one shop?

Absolutely not! The One4All gift card is all about flexibility, meaning you can spend your balance in as many transactions, outlets, physical or online shops as you like!

Can I use multiple One4All gift cards on a single transaction?

If you’re shopping in person, then you can absolutely cover the cost of your purchase using multiple One4All gift cards. Unfortunately, when shopping online however you will only be able to use one as most online retailers only accept one payment method at checkout. If you wish to purchase something online which exceeds the value of just one gift card, you can contact the One4All customer service team who will be able to combine the values on your gift cards for a small fee.

How long do I have to spend the balance on my One4All gift card?

Your gift card will be valid for 18 months after the purchase date. If you wish to use your balance after this period you’ll incur a monthly charge of 90p which will be deducted from the balance on the card until the value reaches zero.

Does One4All have an app?

Yes, you can download the One4All app easily onto your iOS or Android device from their respective App Stores.
