How to use an Ordnance Survey discount code

The Ordnance Survey returns policy

You can return unwanted items within 14 days for a refund. Contact the Ordnance Survey customer services team before returning your items. Select 'Leisure' then 'Delivery & Returns' to get started.

For returns under £100, send the items to FREEPOST Ordnance Survey—you won't have to pay any additional fees. If the order you are returning costs £100 or more, customer services will get in touch to arrange a secure collection.
