How do I use my Preloved voucher code?

Just head to the Preloved website to start browsing all the different products, adding to your shopping basket as you. Once you've filled your basket with all your favourite goodies, head to the checkout. Look out for the designated promo code box to enter your discount code and pick up some awesome savings or, if you've selected an offer which doesn't require a promo code, simply checkout as normal and your savings will be automatically applied.

When will my Preloved order arrive?

Delivery times will vary from item to item as Preloved simply puts you in contact with sellers - you have to arrange delivery/collection details with the seller directly once you've found something you love.

Is there a Preloved rewards scheme?

Indeed, there is! If you become a Preloved Member you’ll be able to collect loyalty reward points for shopping. Your points can then be redeemed across the different product categories at Preloved.

How much does it cost to use Preloved?

Joining Preloved involves no cost, but you will need to become a full member if you want to respond to some of the most recent adverts on the site.

Can I cancel my Preloved membership?

Yes you can, just contact the admin team using a contact form on the website.
