Reiss Delivery Options

Delivery at Reiss costs £5 for a 2-3 working day delivery period as standard. Alternatively, this service can be enhanced to next day delivery for £7 (if ordered before 7:00pm the previous day Monday-Friday, orders arrive on Tuesday is placed during the weekend). If that wait is still too long for you, you can pay £15 for same-day delivery (if paid before 1:00pm) to ensure you are filling out your new threads as soon as possible. Please note that delivery extends only to UK and Northern Irish customers only.

Returns to Reiss

It can be daunting to think about returning high-end goods when you discover they're just not quite right, which is why Reiss offers a generous free returns policy on online orders. Simply notify Reiss of your intention to return goods within 14 days, have it with them by 28 days and ensure the clothes are not damaged, stained or scented to ensure you're hastily refunded. An exchange can also be issued but only if you require a different size or colour of the same returned product, so be sure you know what you want beforehand.
