Can I return unwanted items to Soletrader?

You are welcome to return your item for a refund or exchange – the quickest way to return your item is to take it to a Soletrader store. You can also return your order using the Collect+ service.

How long will my Soletrader package take to arrive?

Store pick-up takes 7 to 14 days and is free; Standard Delivery is also free for orders of £50 or more, and costs £2.99 otherwise. Weekday Express Delivery takes one business day and costs £5 (£6 at weekends).

What payment methods does Soletrader accept?

Soletrader accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Visa Debit, American Express, and Maestro. They don’t accept any other cards, nor do they accept cheques or cash.

What happens if the Soletrader item I want is out of stock?

If Soletrader is out of stock of a certain size or style when you view a product, you can click on the size you want and enter your email address. You can then expect an email if/when this item comes back in stock.

Can I cancel my Soletrader order?

To cancel your order please email Sole Trader, giving your name and order number and stating that you would like to cancel your order. Alternatively please call Customer Services.
