What happens if I sign up with TalkTalk, but my connection is bad?

Don’t worry, TalkTalk give you 30 days to try out their Faster Fibre Broadband service and you are free to cancel anytime within this period if you’re not totally happy.

Do I need to contact my supplier to switch to TalkTalk?

Unless you’re with Virgin, TalkTalk will do all the organising and switching for you. Just place your order and they’ll contact your supplier directly. Virgin customers, however, will have to contact their supplier themselves.

Can I get any extras from TalkTalk?

You can! Easily add and remove monthly services without any long-term commitments. Sign up for TV packages, international calls, or landline calls as and when you like.

What is the length of contract with TalkTalk services?

TalkTalk offer contracts that range from 18 to 24 months.

When will my broadband from TalkTalk activate?

You won’t be waiting too long. Services from TalkTalk activate 15 days after an order is placed if you have an existing line. If you need a new line, however, the time will depend on when their engineers can schedule a visit.

How do I use my TalkTalk discount code?

Can I get an NHS discount at TalkTalk?

There's no NHS discount currently, but TalkTalk have previously offered NHS staff 50% off contracts through Blue Light Card. We'll keep you posted if we hear about another discount for key workers in the future.
