Tiqets FAQs

Tiqets support Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bancaire, CartaSi, iDeal, PayPal, Sofortuberweisung, and Alipay.

This will vary from venue to venue, but Tiqets will certainly do their very best to accommodate any amendments you need to make to your purchases. Please contact Customer Service with details of your ticket (name, order number and date) to hand as soon as you notice any mistakes to give them plenty of opportunity to help you. Some tickets can be used after the initial date for which you bought them. The Tiqets Customer Service department will be able to let you know if this is the case for your tickets. Unfortunately, this is never possible for tickets ordered for a specific time slot and will be dependant on the venue.

Tiqets generally does not support orders for large groups. If you encounter a limitation during checkout that stops you ordering the number of tickets you would like, please be aware that this is imposed by the venue. It is possible to complete multiple orders to finish with your desired number of tickets, but Tiqets’ partner venues generally frown on this and may refuse you entry. If you need to order for a larger group please contact the venue directly and be aware that your Tiqets promo code may not be applicable to purchases for more than one person.

Tiqets only sells official tickets so you can rest assured that your tickets are valid If you are refused entry please reread your confirmation email to make sure you have followed all instructions – occasionally there are special instructions that customers need to follow in order to get their tickets before going to the venue entrance. A small number of customers book the wrong date or time by accident, leading to their being refused entry to the venue. Please check to ensure that this is not the case for you.

How do I use my Tiqets discount code?

Once you've found a deal which takes your fancy, simply click on it and follow the link provided through to the Tiqets website, keeping any promotional codes handy. Follow the instructions on the website to book tickets and enter your code into the clearly-marked box on the booking form for the attraction you’re interested in, and the correct price will be calculated for you when you come to pay.

If you've found a deal which doesn't require a discount code, then you can simply book as normal and your savings will be automatically added during checkout.
