Delivery is free of charge on orders over £40 (ex VAT), and costs £5.95 otherwise.

Some customised furniture and safes require special couriers to complete a delivery. If you've ordered a product to an area other than the ground floor or to premises with non-vehicular access, there may be an additional delivery charge.

UK Office Direct will refund an item or order if you are not completely satisfied with it provided it is returned in its original, unopened packaging with all the accessories and instructions.

To return an item, you will need to contact Customer Services within 14 days of receiving the item. Due to health and safety reasons UK Office Direct are unable to offer refunds on food or drink items including biscuits, coffee and water.
