Does Unineed offer free delivery?

All Unineed orders over £50 will be delivered via for free. Orders under £50 will be delivered for £2.50 and will arrive with 3-7 working days after dispatch. For more delivery options, see the Shipping Options page.

How do I apply an Unineed discount code to my order?

It’s easy. Once you’ve added all your favourite goodies to the shopping bag, click on the ‘Checkout’ button. Here, locate the ‘Promotional Code’ field under the order summary and enter your offer code into the box. Hit the ‘Apply’ button to lock in your savings and then continue with checkout as normal.

Can I track my Unineed order?

Yes, you can. After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Follow the instructions in the email to track your order.

If I’m not happy with my Unineed order, can I return it for a refund?

Absolutely. If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return your items within 14 days for a refund. See the Returns Policy for more information.
