Using your promo code is pretty simple. When making a booking with Zipcar, you just need to paste your zipcar promo code into the box provided when requesting your quote. If you’re making a reservation over the phone, tell the sales agent about the promotion, then bring your promo code with you when you go to pick up your Zipcar.

What is Zipcar’s cancellation policy?

If you need to make a change to your booking, there’s a half hour window after you make your reservation to make any changes without incurring any fees. For reservations less than 8 hours long, you can amend or cancel your booking up to 3 hours before the start time without charge.
For reservations of 8 hours or more, you can cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours in advance. After these times, you will have to pay the full fee of your booking.
