About Harts Barn Cookery School
Harts Barn Cookery School is based in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. While the school was opened by Adam Henson in June 2011, the site on which it stands dates back to 1068. Offering a variety of cooking classes, Harts Barn Cookery school aims to make cooking knowledge widely available, and believes in the community-building power of social activity around the act of making and enjoying food.
Harts Barn crowned Local Star by Groupon customers. The award is presented by Groupon for providing outstanding customer service.
The Challenge
Due to the fact Harts Barn Cookery School was located off the beaten path, they found it difficult to attract new customers in their surrounding area. As such they needed an effective way to market themselves to an online audience.
