Kundalini yoga and meditation classes are led by a certified Kundalini yoga teacher, they range from 60 to 90 minute mixed-friendly classes live online designed to uplift you giving you a mind-body workout/ connection/ experience.

Please wear comfortable fitness clothing, preferable made of cotton or linen. Practice yoga on a yoga mat or a blanket. You may want to bring a firm cushion or yoga block with you. Please bring some water to class too.
Please ensure that you practice yoga and meditation with an empty stomach; However, you can have a snack (e.g. bowl of cereals; a fruit; or a cereal bar) 1-2 hours prior to the start of the class.
Practice does make perfect; but in Kundalini yoga, perfection is not relied upon; which you will discover and experience its many benefits.
