How to use a CeX voucher

When you’ve got or been gifted a CeX voucher, you can redeem it either instore or do so online following these quick steps:

• Head on over the CeX web store as normal and add, sell or trade in whichever items you want.
• Once you’re finished, sign in or make a new account to proceed through to the checkout.
• After you’ve reached the payment screen, select ‘Voucher’ as your mode of payment and then enter your details in the boxes highlighted beneath.
• When done, hit ‘Add Voucher’ to knock your voucher value off your current basket price, after which you’re free to finish paying as normal.

If you’re eager to get top value off your trade-ins, check out what’s hot on CeX’s own ‘Most Wanted’ list. Simply scroll down the home page to view the table on your right, which will list the most sought-after films, games and devices currently at CeX. Besides telling you the hard cash you can get for trading in, CeX handily lists the product value if traded-in for a voucher instead, which is always higher and a much better choice for returning customers.

CeX repairs

Should your phone, tablet or device develop a fault but you’re not too keen on a brand new replacement, you can extend your item’s lifespan instead by seeing what magic the repair whizzes at CeX can conjure up. You can

book your repair online, then drop off your device in-store to hopefully give it a second wind.

Returns to CeX

There are no worries if you no longer want a new purchase, as CeX offer a 14-day return window in which you can return your items to your nearest store. If you’re unable to make it to a store, notify customer service by submitting a ticket (see below) and you’ll be given another 14 days to return your unwanted items to the following address and with the label formatted as below:
