Can I visit an EE store?

How long does EE delivery take?

You will receive a text from a DPD courier the day before your order is to be delivered with an option to rearrange the delivery date if the given one doesn’t work for you. If you live in Greater London, you can enjoy superfast delivery with expert set-up - choose a time and place that works for you and make sure you use an EE voucher to get money off your purchase.

What's the EE returns policy?

If your EE device is faulty, you can return it within 30 days in exchange for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days if you have problems with your device you should visit a store and speak to a member of staff.

Can I get my EE product repaired?

You can take your device into your nearest EE store to get it repaired or you can book a repair online and send it to EE for repair.

Can I cancel my EE contract?

EE needs 30 days notice if you want to cancel your contract, and you will be charged until your minimum contract finishes or the 30 days end - whichever comes first. See the online page for information about early termination charges.
