Found love? Cancel your Match.com account

Fantastic news, you've found love! To cancel your account, you will need to head to “your account” and click “cancel my subscription”. Follow the steps through deleting your data and then select “continue” when asked. You will need to cancel your automatic renewal beforehand so that you don’t continue to pay. If you wish to take a break from Match.com rather than delete your account, you can choose to ‘suspend your profile’ instead.

If you’re unhappy with the contact between you and another member you can ‘hide’ them by clicking on the cross at the top right of the box previewing their profile. Alternatively, there is a ‘Hide this Profile’ link at the bottom of the other member’s profile page.
