How to use an Escentual discount code

It’s really easy to save at Escentual:

1. First, select the offer you want to redeem. If there’s a code for the deal, you’ll have a chance to copy it before continuing.
2. Then, you’ll be redirected to the Escentual website. Shop the range as usual - go on, treat yourself!
3. Select the bag icon at the top of the screen to view your basket.
4. Scroll down to the ‘Redeem Pretty Pennies and/or Enter Vouchers’ section - it’s just below ‘Delivery Options’.
5. Paste your code here and hit the ‘apply’ button. (it’s pretty small, so make sure you don’t miss this step).
6. If there’s no code for the deal, you should see the discounts automatically deducted from the subtotal.
7. Proceed to checkout and enjoy your beauty buys!

Shipping options with Escentual

You’ve got a few delivery options when shopping with Escentual:

1. Standard shipping takes 3-7 working days and costs £2.49. It’s free for orders over £30.
2. 2 day shipping costs exactly the same - £2.49, or free for orders over £30. You’ll need to place your order before 10.30pm to qualify.
3. Express shipping takes 1-3 working days and costs £5.95.

You can track all orders using the Royal Mail track and trace site and your order number, which you’ll get by email.

You’ve got 30 days to return unwanted items, as long as they are in unopened, unused condition.
