How do I redeem my ghd discount code?

Select the offer and copy your code, if there is one. Follow the link through to the ghd website. Choose the styling tools and products you want to buy. When you’re ready, select the bag icon at the top of the screen. You’ll be taken to your basket summary - on the left hand side of the screen, there's a box labelled ‘promotion code’. Paste your code here and hit apply. If it’s a deal without a code - for example, a free gift deal - just check this has been applied before payment.

Can I return products to ghd?

If you’ve changed your mind about your order, you’ve got 21 days to organise a return and a refund. Check your original packaging for the returns from - fill it out and send your items back in the original packaging.
