How do I use my F Hinds discount code?

Simply enter your discount code into the clearly-marked box in your shopping cart once you've finished your shopping at F Hinds and your discount will be applied for you once you reach the checkout stage of the purchasing process.

What delivery options are available with F Hinds?

Standard Deliveries usually arrive 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Order of £19 or more are delivered free of charge and otherwise cost £2.50. Orders over £95 require a signature on delivery

Express Deliveries arrive 1 working day after dispatch. Orders below £50 incur a £4.95 delivery fee; orders below £95 incur a £2.95 fee; orders below £250 incur a £1.95 fee, with orders of £250 or more delivered free. All Express parcels require a signature on delivery.

Can I return goods to F Hinds?

F Hinds are happy to provide the option of a full refund or exchange if the goods you receive are unsuitable or are no longer required. Refunds are issued as soon as reasonably possible and, at the latest, within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment. Goods must be returned unused, in pristine condition and with all packaging; you are required to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your control.

I saw a Product I Liked but it is no longer on the F Hinds website. What can I do?

Even when a product is no longer listed on the F Hinds website, this does not necessarily mean it is no longer available for purchase at all. If you're desperate for an item you've seen previously, give the F Hinds Customer Service Team a call on 01895 201 040 (option 2) or email them at onlinesales@fhinds.co.uk with the product code or description of the item and they'll do their best to locate it for you - either in the stockroom or in one of their shops.

If it has been discontinued and there is no stock left, F Hinds may be able to recommend a similar product as an alternative - you might even find something you love even more!

Do F Hinds products come with a guarantee?

All diamond products come with a 2-year guarantee and all other products come with a minimum of 12 months guarantee. Some products may come with a longer guarantee period which will be specified within the product details page.

This guarantee protects against any manufacturing faults but excludes accidental damage and normal wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
