How do I use my Gemondo discount code?

Pick your discount and keep the code somewhere safe until you need it. Follow the link to Gemondo’s website, make your selection and click view your shopping basket. Paste your Gemondo discount code into the box and select ‘Apply coupon’.

After your savings have been applied, simply proceed to payment. If no code necessary, the discount will be included in the final price!

Am I able to modify my Gemondo order?

Absolutely. You may add or remove items from your order so long as they have not been dispatched. If you need to make any further amendments then please contact the Gemondo Customer Service Team who will be able to assist with your order.

How do I view the status of my Gemondo order?

Make sure you are logged into your account and click on the ‘My Account’ button at the top of the navigation bar. Select ‘Orders’ and you will be able to see all previously purchased orders including shipping, product and tracking details.

Do Gemondo ship internationally?

Yes. you can get your order to be shipped around the world.

Do Gemondo repair jewellery?

Gemondo does offer jewellery repairs or replacements, but only for jewellery which has been purchased from them directly. In the rare event your jewellery is faulty, if it's still under warranty, Gemondo will offer a replacement of the same piece of jewellery, provided it is still in stock. Please contact the Customer Service Team for help.
