How do I use my Finery discount code?

Choose an offer, copy the code if one is provided, and click through to the Finery website where you can fill your shopping bag with goodies. Navigate to your shopping bag to review your order. When you’re ready, review your order and enter your code into the ‘Have a promo code or gift voucher?’ field. All that’s left to do is click ‘redeem’ to apply your discount. If your offer does not come with a code, no need to worry! Your discount will be applied automatically before you finalise your payment.

How much does Finery charge for shipping?

Finery offers UK customers free standard delivery on orders over £60 (otherwise £6) and free next day delivery on orders over £200 (otherwise £7). Please allow 2-5 business days for standard delivery.

What is the Finery returns policy?

Finery is happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with their original tags attached within 14 days of receipt. For terms, conditions and exclusions, please see the Finery returns policy.

Does Finery have any physical store locations?

At this moment Finery London is an online store only. However, you will find some pieces sold in certain branches of John Lewis, Selfridges and Brown Thomas. For more details, please see the Finery website.

Is there any way to amend or cancel my Finery order?

Due to fast processing times, once you’ve placed your Finery order, it is not possible to amend it. You may be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been dispatched. Please contact the customer service team as soon as possible on to find out what can be done.
