Here’s how to organise your return and refund - it’s super simple.

Repack your items in the packaging they came in.
Log in to the Nasty Gal returns portal. You'll need your order number, plus your email address, or the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Select your preferred return option (‘Print returns label at home’ or ‘in-store options’).
Once you’ve finished with the portal, you can deliver your order back to Nasty Gal following the instructions. Make sure you keep proof of postage!
You'll get an email when your item has been successfully returned. A typical refund takes up to 21 days.
