1. Log in to your UO account and click ‘order history’
2. Find the order and ‘view order details’
3. Select the ‘return items’ button to generate a pre-paid returns label
4. Pack up your items and stick the printed label securely to your parcel
5. Drop your parcel off at the nearest Post Office (we recommend getting proof of postage)
6. Allow up to 28 days to receive your refund
