If you want to visit more Fitness First clubs and gyms you’ll need to select a multi-gym access pass to visit any gym in the same or lower membership tier as you.

Are Fitness First classes included in my membership?

Absolutely! Fitness is better with friends, so you can enjoy the likes of Zumba, Spin, or Body Pump classes, and loads more, completely free with your membership, and with your Fitness First discount code, you’ll never feel better about getting a great workout.

Some classes do come with a small charge to cover specialist instructors or equipment, but this will be clearly stated before booking.

Can I cancel my Fitness First membership?

Your Fitness First Membership comes with a standard 14-day cooling off period, when you can cancel your membership for any reason without incurring a fee. After this period, the Fitness First cancellation policy will vary depending on the type of membership you have. You can find full details in the Fitness First FAQs.

How do I use my Fitness First offers?

Getting the most out of getting fit is easy with Fitness First. Simply head over to their website, select the level of membership you want and enter your personal details, including your preferred gym. Underneath your details, you’ll have space to enter your promo code. Don’t forget to click ‘apply’ before moving onto the next stage to ensure your discount has registered!
If you prefer to sign up to the gym in person, simply present your discount code at the centre when signing up.
