What shipping options do Jollyes offer?

Order by 4pm Monday to Sunday and Jollyes will ship your parcel on the following working day for mainland UK orders, and within 2 days for deliveries to N.Ireland, Republic of Ireland and other remote areas of the UK.

Jollyes use DPD, who deliver orders 5 days a week Monday to Friday unless you have chosen a Saturday/Sunday delivery option. So if you place your order after 3pm on Thursday and before 3pm on Friday your order will arrive the following Monday. For orders placed on the weekend, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Can I return items to Jollyes?

You may return products that you have purchased from Jollyes within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in sufficiently condition to be resold and in their original packaging.

They are unable to accept returns of personalised products, made-to-measure products, veterinary medicines including flea treatments and wormers and used food.
