What delivery policy do RSPB operate?

Standard UK delivery costs £3.95. If you place your order before 3 pm Monday to Friday, all in-stock items will be dispatched the same day. Standard delivery parcels to addresses within the UK mainland should normally reach you in 2 to 3 working days from the day of dispatch. If your order totals £75 or more, standard UK delivery is free.

Next Day delivery costs £5.95, and is available for most orders. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be processed that day and delivered on the next working day.

Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day, so next day delivery will be 2 working days after the order is placed.

Choose the Day UK delivery costs £5.95 and can be booked for working days only.

Direct Delivery products are dispatched direct from the supplier. These items may take longer than standard items and will arrive in a separate parcel. RSPB do not have control over the stock of these products and cannot guarantee that they are in stock at the supplier. Direct Delivery products are not available for Next Day or Choose the Day delivery as RSPB cannot control their dispatch.

Do RSPB use environmentally-friendly packaging?

RSPB care about the environment and your order. All the packaging they use is biodegradable and FSC certified. Whenever possible, parcels are sent out in boxes that have been used before. These 'second-life' boxes are still sturdy and as good as new.

What is the RSPB returns policy?

The RSPB offer you a replacement or a full refund - whatever the reason, within 90 days of delivery.

Please note that, unless they were received faulty, electrical items, binoculars and telescopes will need to be returned in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. Where a refund is claimed, RSPB will process the refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 21 days for the credit to reach your account.

How do I use the RSPB discount code to make savings?
