Free delivery options at Direct Stoves

Direct Stoves offer a free one-man delivery service to all UK mainland addresses, plus a two-man delivery service on certain items for a nominal fee. If you need the delivery staff to carry your stove into the room of your choice and allow you to check the items over before you accept delivery, ask the dispatch team about the two-man delivery service.

Your goods will arrive on a lorry that’s about the size of a fire engine, so please inform Direct Stoves know in advance if you have restricted access. The stove/oven will be packed on a pallet and moved using a pallet truck. The driver will be able to wheel this as close as possible to your property - if you have a garage they'll be able to wheel it into there for you.

All stoves on the website have an estimated delivery time which will be stated in the product description. Some products can be delivered in as little as 48 hours. However, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient day and time to deliver, and also contacted one hour before delivery.

Direct Stoves returns policy

You have 14 days to return goods for any reason. You'll need to notify Direct Stoves of your intention to return the product - either by phone, email or letter. Items must be packed in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition, returned with a completed returns form which will be emailed to you. This must be attached to the outside of the packaging in a sealed envelope. One important thing to keep in mind is that the buyer is responsible for returns shipping, which is usually between £90 to £140. Check the returns policy for more details.
