How do I use my KIKO promo code?

Once you’ve filled your basket with all your beauty essentials, click ‘go to cart’ and enter your discount code in the box labelled “Have a promo code?”. Click “Verify” to ensure your deals are applied and continue to checkout as normal.

When will my KIKO delivery arrive?

Most KIKO orders to a UK address will arrive at your door within 1 – 5 working days, depending on the delivery method selected. You’ll receive a confirmation email following your purchase which will contain an order number you can use on KIKO’s order tracking page to keep an eye on your purchases as they travel to you.

Can I return my KIKO products?

Absolutely. Although KIKO pride themselves on only stocking the best products on the market, you can return any items within a 14-day period if you’re not completely satisfied.

Can I shop for KIKO products in store?

The full KIKO range of products is available online, so you don’t need to leave the house to get all the makeup, hair and beauty products and accessories delivered directly to you. If you do prefer to shop in store, you can find your nearest KIKO using the Store Locator on their website.

Do KIKO test their products on animals?
