You can enjoy free delivery on all Merlin Cycles orders over £20, except when buying bikes. When you purchase a bike there will be a carriage charge of £19.99, this is to ensure your bike arrives in pristine condition!

Had a change of heart about your purchase? No problem! You can return your order within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Simply head over to the Merlin Cycles website and use their online returns form. One thing to note is that they don’t cover return delivery costs so make sure this is the right decision for you before confirming.
