How do I use my Everyone Active discount code?

1. Select the Everyone Active offer you want to use. Copy the code from the pop up window, then follow the link through to the website.
2. Select ‘join today’ or ‘book/pay’, depending on what you need.

Can I start using my Everyone Active membership as soon as I sign up?

Yes!Just make sure you’ve completed the induction to be able to access both the centre and gym. You can sign up online through the website.

Can I freeze my Everyone Active account while I’m on holiday?

Yes - you can freeze your direct debit for any length of time between one month-six months. You’ll be charged £5 per month for this, with no extra charges for starting up again. If you’ve got an annual membership, you won’t be able to freeze it, unless you’re unable to use it due to a medical reason.

Can I make changes to or cancel my Everyone Active class booking?

Of course! You can do so online or through the app, but do so as soon as you can, to ensure others don’t miss out. If you cancel within four hours of your booked class, you may be subject to a £4 penalty charge.
