How do I use my Newitts discount code?

Once you’ve filled your basket with all your sporting must-haves (and don’t forget the first aid kit!), simply click ‘View Basket’, enter your promo code in the box underneath your order, click ‘Apply’ and proceed to ‘Checkout Now’ to order your items at a great price.

When will my Newitts delivery arrive?

When you select Standard Delivery for in-stock items, you should expect to receive your order within 1 – 3 working days. If you have an order which will take longer, this will be clearly stated within your order confirmation. Alternatively, you could take advantage of the Newitts Express Delivery options to receive your order faster than you can run a marathon.

What is the Newitts returns policy?

As per the Newitts Returns Policy, you can return any items you’re not happy with within 28 days of delivery by logging into your online account and following the instructions. Unfortunately, Newitts is unable to process exchanges, so if you’re returning due to purchasing the wrong size, you will need to complete the returns process and re-order the correct item.

Where is my nearest Newitts store?

Although Newitts doesn’t have a shop per say, they are more than happy for customers to visit them at their warehouse to either collect an item they’ve ordered online, or to place an order using one of the iPads they have installed and pick up the item that same day.

How do I know whether my Newitts items are in stock?

To check whether the items you want are in stock, simply select the desired quantity of the product and add to your basket. The Newitts website will automatically check the availability of the item and let you know whether it’s in stock prior to checkout.
