How do I use my Simply Beach discount code?

Once you've found the Simply Beach deal for you, simply keep the promo code handy and follow the link provided through to the Simply Beach website. Shop as normal, adding your favourite gorgeous items to your basket as you go. When you're ready, click to view your basket and enter your promo code into the box provided - don't forget to click 'apply' and check your savings have been registered before continuing to the payment stage!

If you've selected a deal which doesn't require a code, then you can just checkout as normal - we'll apply your savings automatically for you so you can focus on getting yourself ready for your perfect beach day.

What delivery options are available with Simply Beach?

Standard Delivery is free for orders over £100 and takes 2 to 4 working days; the cost is £3.95 for orders under £100.

Next Working Day delivery costs £6.95. Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday to be dispatched on the same day and delivered on the next working day.

Saturday delivery costs £15. Orders must be placed before 3pm Friday to be delivered Saturday.

Orders placed after 3pm will be held for delivery the following Saturday.

If you’d like to place an order for collection at Simply Beach’s Faversham store then please call Customer Care on 0844 567 7071 to place the order over the phone as these cannot be placed online. Please bring the payment card used and a form of ID as these will be required when you collect your order.

Can I return items to Simply Beach?

If you wish you can return items for any reason within 28 days from the date of dispatch for a full refund (less postage costs), excluding gift cards and E-gift cards. Items must be unused and in an as-new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed during peak periods.

Can I track my order from Simply Beach?

Yes you can. When Simply Beach dispatch your order they’ll email you with the tracking details (this email can sometimes go into a junk folder so check there too). Tracking details may not appear on the carrier's website until the parcel has been scanned into their network on the evening of dispatch.
