Nintendo FAQs

Check out the Nintendo offers available. Select the green ‘get deal’ or ‘see code’ button for the offer you want to redeem. For deals that have a code, a pop up will show with the code for you to copy. Select ‘shop now’ to continue through to the Nintendo site.

Nintendo offer standard (2-3 working days) and next-day delivery on their products, which cost £1.99 and £3.99 for each but become free if you’re spending over £20 and £200 respectively.

Student gamers can log into their account via StudentBeans to enjoy 10% off their Nintendo order.

Next day (order before 10:30pm for next day): £3.99 (free on orders over £200)

Nintendo returns

You can return any unwanted products within 14 days as long as they are unopened and in their original condition. You can initiate a return online by contacting customer service through their online message centre, or by filling out their online returns form and emailing them to nos-support@store.nintendo.co.uk.

Nintendo repairs

If you need repairs support, you can book your item in for a free assessment with the Nintendo Service Centre. Alternatively, you can email customer-support@nintendo.co.uk or speak to a live agent on 0345 60 50 247 (calls charged at National Rate) or through the live chat facility in the Nintendo Help & FAQ Centre.
