How to use The Body Shop discount code

It’s easy to apply your Body Shop code! First select the offer you want to redeem. You’ll be redirected to The Body Shop website in a new tab, with the chance to copy a code if there is one.

On the Body Shop website, add items to your cart as usual. When you’re ready to check out, select the bag icon at the top of the screen to review your order. Below your items, there’s a ‘promotion code’ box, where you can paste your code. If it’s a deal without a code, don’t stress - applicable discounts will be applied automatically, which you can view in the subtotal on the right.

Super saver delivery with The Body Shop

The Body Shop offers a super affordable delivery option if you’re looking to save some cash. Super saver delivery costs a flat rate of just £2.49!

Click and collect is a totally free delivery option, and is available for next day collection at The Body Shop stores. You can also opt to pick up from a standard collection point for £2.49.

If you’re in a hurry, opt for standard delivery for £2.99 - this takes 2-3 days to arrive; or express delivery - this will arrive on the next working day.

Just be aware that delivery from The Body Shop has been affected by the current COVID19 situation, but super saver delivery is still available - so you can still get your skincare fix when you’re staying home!

Extended returns with The Body Shop

Changed your mind about an order? No worries—as long as products are unopened, you can return them within 60 days for a refund. If you’ve opened your Body Shop purchase but it’s unsuitable, don’t stress - you’re also eligible for a refund! Just package up the order and fill out a returns form - you’ll be able to specify your reason for returning. Then, just post the items back, following the instructions from the form.

The Body Shop also offers free returns to Body Shop stores - at the moment, this option is unavailable, but will be back up and running when stores have reopened!

The Body Shop loyalty club

The Love Your Body club is much more than just a rewards scheme. It’s your ticket to accessing brand new Body Shop products, invites to exclusive parties and awesome member-only discounts! It’s free to sign up - you can do so on the website today!

Club members will get a Love Your Body club card - if you sign up online, this will be a digital card, which you’ll see when you sign in to your account.
