Can I amend my Alamo reservation?

Alamo appreciates that sometimes plans change and car hire bookings need to be amended. To make this as easy as possible for you, you can amend your Alamo reservation easily online. All you’ll need is the driver’s name and your reservation number.

How do I cancel my Alamo booking?

If you cancel your booking 3 or more days before your selected pickup time, you’ll be eligible to receive a refund on your booking. If you cancel less than 3 days before you’re due to collect your vehicle then you won’t be eligible for a refund and a cancellation fee may be charged.

Can I get a free upgrade with Alamo?
