When will my Holiday Taxis booking information arrive?

Once you’ve completed your booking your details will be electronically sent to the supplier who will make arrangements based on the information provided in your booking. You’ll receive a booking voucher containing all the information regarding your transfer prior to travel so you can double check the information is accurate.

How do I find my Holiday Taxis transport?

You’ll find all the information you need regarding picking up your transport on your booking voucher. Instructions will vary depending on the country you’re in and the type of transport you’ve booked, so be sure to check the details carefully.

Do I need to notify my Holiday Taxis driver when I arrive at the airport?

No, you don’t need to call when you land, however it can be worth calling on your outbound journey if there are any delays to travel which your driver may need to be aware of. There will be a telephone number on your booking voucher that you can call if you can’t get in touch with your supplier representative or driver.

How much luggage can I bring for my Holiday Taxis booking?

Holiday Taxis allow one standard size suitcase (roughly 70cm tall, 47cm wide and 21cm deep), plus one small piece of hand luggage per person. If you’re travelling via private transport, this may vary and details on luggage allowances will be found in your booking voucher. If you have additional luggage to bring (for example skis, golf clubs, pushchairs, wheelchairs, etc.) you will need to notify Holiday Taxis during booking to ensure these are taken care of.
