ASOS Delivery Options

Let us fill you in on everything you need to know about delivery options at ASOS. You’ll learn about free delivery, cash-saving codes, next day and instant delivery, tracking, and more. Does ASOS have free delivery?

Are you looking to swerve delivery charges? Any orders over £35 automatically get free delivery to an address of your choice, or a Click & Collect location. You can also get free next day delivery on every order if you’re an ASOS Premier Delivery member — perfect if you only place small orders.

ASOS free delivery codes

There are occasional free delivery codes available for both standard and next day delivery. You may learn of them through the app or emails, but check Groupon for info on any codes in case those may slip through the net. We’ve always got the most up to date ASOS discount codes.

ASOS delivery options

ASOS boasts one of the most flexible delivery policies around, with a whopping seven options available for the majority of the UK. There are next day (£5.95) and next day evening (£7.95) if you need your goods sharpish, but this changes to “fastest delivery” in super-busy periods (we’ll fill you in on what that means in a bit).  

Standard delivery is available (£4, or free for orders over £35). You can get click & collect options for standard (£4, or free for orders over £35), next day (£5.95) and next day morning delivery (£5.95). Click & Collect lets you get your items at a specific location. The final option is precise delivery (£5.95), which lets you pinpoint your delivery slot for a specific hour. Every delivery option is free for Premier delivery members.

ASOS standard delivery

Standard delivery costs £4, but is free if you spend over £35. The time it takes your order to arrive will vary depending on how busy ASOS is. You’ll always get a cost estimate when ordering, but it can take anywhere from two days to a week at busy times of the year (such as December).  

ASOS next day delivery

You can get next day delivery if you order before the cutoff time. This can be as late as 10 pm, but depends on the time of year and is subject to change. Cutoff times will always be made clear at checkout.

Occasionally, during very busy times, next-day delivery is changed to “fastest delivery,” which may take a day or two longer. You can get discount codes for free next day delivery, so check the ASOS discount codes page on Groupon for details on availability.

ASOS precise delivery

Need your item at a specific time? Whether you’re timing a gift for someone or know you’ll only be home during a small time window, precise delivery is the way forward. It lets you select an hour time slot when ASOS will deliver your order, up to ten days in advance.

Not every postcode is available, and you’ll need to choose an hour between 9 am and 5 pm Mon-Fri (although occasionally you can get 7-9 am and 5-7 pm slots too). Each hour is subject to availability. During busy times, slots may fill up fast. Precise delivery costs £5.95 or is free for Premier Delivery subscribers.

ASOS international delivery

You can bag standard, express and next-day delivery services to most European countries, although the times may be less speedy during busy times of year. The cost varies by territory. Just enter your address at checkout to see all available options and prices.

ASOS evening next day delivery

UK next day evening delivery is available if you order before midnight, except during busy periods. It costs £7.95 (free for premier delivery members), although a handful of postcodes are excluded.

ASOS fastest delivery and fastest evening delivery

During super-busy periods, such as around sales or Christmas, ASOS’ next day delivery services are replaced by fastest delivery and fastest evening delivery services (still £5.95 and £7.95 respectively). This usually takes a couple days due to increased demand, but is quicker than standard delivery at that time, which may take as long as a week.

ASOS Click & Collect

It’s not always practical to have your order delivered to your home or work. That’s where Click & Collect comes in. You can pick any delivery option (apart from precise) and have it sent to a Click & Collect location instead. 

Choose from Collect+, ASDA, DPD pick-up and Hermes Parcelshop locations, and once it’s arrived, you pick it up when you're ready.

ASOS Instant

If you live in one of a select number of London postcodes, you can get same-day delivery for £7.95 with ASOS Instant. You’ll need to order before 12 pm any day of the week barring public holidays. The service isn’t free for Premier delivery members.

How can I track my ASOS delivery?

Are you wondering where your order is? You can track it via the link in your confirmation email. ASOS will send the email as soon as the order leaves the warehouse.

Can I make changes to my ASOS delivery?

ASOS is usually so efficient at processing orders that you can’t make changes once the process starts. You may be able to cancel the order and place a new one if you need to add to it or change the address. You can check your options on the ASOS change order page.

Can I cancel my ASOS order?

You can cancel your order in two simple steps. First, log in to My Account via the website or email, and view your recent orders. From there you’ll be able to click on the Cancel/View button next to the order in question.

ASOS are often very quick at processing orders, so it may be too late to cancel if you don’t see a cancellation option on the site. Don’t worry — you can return unwanted items for a full refund. 

What happens if I miss my ASOS delivery?

Missed deliveries happen all the time, and are easy to resolve. The courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour, try to redeliver the following day, or leave it in a collection location. You’ll get an advice slip that will detail what to do to get your hands on your order.

ASOS returns options

If you need to send any part of your order back, it’s easy to drop it off at one of several locations, including ASDAs, Hermes, and post offices. You can find the nearest to you in the “return an order” section when logged into your account, either on the website or on the app. All returns are free.

What is the ASOS returns policy?

ASOS boasts a brilliant returns policy. Return the item within 28 days, and as long as it's in the original condition, the full amount will be refunded.  Better yet, all refunds are free to post back (we’ll explain how below).

If you miss the deadline don’t worry. Returns within 29-45 days get an ASOS voucher valid up to the purchase amount. The retailer extends the 28-day deadline for returns during busier periods, such as around Christmas. Always check the website to see if an extension has been granted.

How do I return an item?

Returning items to ASOS is a straightforward process and better yet, is entirely free! Here is a step by step guide:

• Seal whatever items you are returning in the packaging they arrived in. 
• Head to a designated drop off destination. Options include your local Post Office, Hermes, Asda, Click & Collect and more (see a full list here).
• There is no need to print a label. You create a unique QR code via the returns section of the ASOS app or here. 
• The QR code will then be emailed to you. Just show the code to the server at the drop off destination, hand them your returns, and leave the rest to them. 

How long does it take ASOS to refund?

Once you’ve returned your goods, you’ll receive a notification via the app or email to let you know the refund has been processed. The funds are then refunded to your account within 10 days.

Top Tip! If you use Klarna Buy Now Pay Later, you can return any unwanted items within 28 days and never get charged for them. You’ll only pay for the items you keep.

There are plenty of ways to lower the price of purchases at ASOS. There are always huge discounts on offer in the retailer’s Outlet section, which is leftover stock from previous seasons’ collections.
