You can take advantage of free next day delivery via Click & Collect at Very, providing your order totals £30 or more. Any orders under £30 will incur a £3 delivery charge. If you choose the Click & Collect service, your order will be delivered to your chosen pick-up location, usually the following working day for orders placed before 7pm, Sunday-Friday. Items sent via standard delivery are expected to be delivered within one day if ordered by 7pm, Sunday to Friday. Standard delivery costs £3.99 and is available on all small items.

Very offers various returns options, including Collect+ returns, post office returns and home collection. All returns are free and the process is easy regardless of which option you choose, so there’s no need to panic if you receive an unwanted item.
What is the Very returns policy?
Very operates with a 28 Day Approval Guarantee, which means you’ll get a refund for most goods, as long as they are returned within 28 days of receipt and with all original packaging intact. Exclusions may apply. However, any items which are not covered under the 28 Day Approval Guarantee will be clearly identified on individual product pages.
How do I return an item?
