Is there a Chaos Cards store?

Absolutely! Take a trip to Folkestone, Kent and say hello to the team. They hold weekly events and game nights, so be sure to check them out if you’re passing by.

Some items on Chaos Cards are out of stock, can I browse without seeing those?

There’s always new items selling out and old stuff coming back, so sometimes things aren’t always in stock, but Chaos Cards like to show you everything on offer. Luckily, if you want to know what’s available for purchase, just hit the ‘Hide out of Stock’ button and you can shop only the relevant items.

If I preorder an item from Chaos Cards, will I receive it on the day of release?

Unfortunately not. It’s unlikely Chaos Cards will have time to receive, pack and ship the orders to get them to you for that exact day, but they do try to get new items to you as soon as possible.

Can I return my item(s) to Chaos Cards?

Of course! You can return items up to 6 months after ordering them. If your item isn’t in top condition they will deduct 50% of the refund and you are responsible for returning everything through the post.
