If you’ve ordered a Customised Trunki, this will take longer as the team need to create your design ready for shipping.

What if I am not happy with my Trunki?

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your Trunki product you can return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in perfect condition and original packaging. Due to the personalised nature of the Customised Trunki products, these are unable to be returned unless the product is faulty.
