I can’t make my flight anymore, can I get a refund from Emirates?

Sometimes things change and you have to cancel your booking - you can do this on the Emirates website in the My Account section after logging in. Your flight cancellation will be subject to the fare rules you agreed to when you confirmed the booking.

What is my baggage allowance for checked bags with Emirates?

When you fly with Emirates you can check up to 35kg of baggage if you’re travelling in Economy Class and up to 50kg for First Class. You can also check in up to 10 pieces of baggage provided they add up to less than these amounts respectively.

What is the hand luggage allowance with Emirates?

You can bring one piece of baggage into the cabin, measuring up to 55 x 38 x 20cm! First Class and Business Class customers can bring a bag and also a briefcase or garment bag onboard.

I have dietary requirements - will I be catered for on my Emirates flight?
