What shipping options are available with Fossil?

Orders are shipped from a European warehouse and you can expect delivery in 4 to 6 working days. Orders will be despatched the next business day for in-stock merchandise, and where payment verification is successful, if the order is received Monday to Thursday. Orders placed Friday to Sunday are despatched by the end of the following business day.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays.

Personalised pieces take a little longer: Please allow an additional 3 to 5 working days processing time for products from The Watch Bar and/or engraved or embossed items.

Current delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout and included in your total order amount.

Can I return items to Fossil?

To return unused products, detach the Returns Label from the top of the return form - which you will need to complete. Then pack the merchandise in a well-sealed box (preferably the one it was delivered in) along with a copy of the delivery note and the completed return form.

Attach the supplied return label to the outside of your package and ship the merchandise via a trackable carrier such as UPS. They should be insured and will require a proof of delivery.

You must pay for the cost of shipping the item back to Fossil for return. If it was due to an error on their part then please contact them before returning the product.

Fossil will assess whether the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition, and if so, the refund will be made within 14 days - to the same payment card used to place the original order.
