Can I return my Oasis order if I’m not happy with it?

Not only does Oasis allow returns, but it encourages them if you aren’t content with your new purchase. You’ll receive a returns slip with your order which has more details on how to place your return, including the fact that it must be done within 28 days of receiving the goods. However, there are multiple options for return which will make the process even easier. Personalised items cannot be returned.

Does Oasis pay the cost of my return?
