Free returns with Pull & Bear

You've got 30 days to return unworn, unwanted items back to Pull & bear for a refund.

For in-store returns, take your order and purchase receipt to any Pull&Bear store in the same market where you made your purchase. The refund will be processed in person.

For postal returns, you'll need to head to the returns portal to get started. Then, take the items you want to return to your closest drop point and show the QR code generated through the portal. Easy!
