Will the recipient know who the flowers are from when I order from Teleflorist?

Your Teleflorist delivery will only be the flowers themselves, any extra gifts and your written message. Therefore if you don’t put a name on the message the recipient won’t know who the flowers are from.

How long will my Teleflorist flowers last?

The Teleflorist flowers will last for at least a week, except the rainbow roses which only last for 5 days.

What happens if someone isn’t there to accept the Teleflorist delivery?

There are a few options. If they are delivered through Royal Mail or a courier then they will try and leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a safe place with a calling card with that information on. If there is nowhere safe for the flowers they will be returned to the nearest mail depot with a card to organise redelivery. If the delivery is through a local florist, they will follow a similar procedure as well as trying to phone the recipient to organise other delivery times.

Can I track my Teleflorist order?

As many items are prepared by local florists, there isn’t any live tracking available. If you need specific updates on your order the best point of call is to contact their customer service team at customer.services@myeflorist.co.uk or 0333 577 6635.

Can I cancel or make changes to my Teleflorist order?

If you want to make any amendments you need to give at least 24 hours notice. During busy periods, such as Valentines Day, changes cannot be made as the turnover is too fast.
