How do I use my Wordery discount code?

Once you’ve filled your Wordery shopping basket with a world of paper treasure, simply enter your details, select your preferred delivery option and click where it says “add a coupon” on the payment screen. Type or paste your discount code into this box, click ‘submit’ and proceed to complete the checkout process to receive your next favourite book in no time, directly to your door!

When will my Wordery delivery arrive?

Wordery offers free delivery on all orders worldwide. For orders within the UK, you should be able to expect your books to arrive within 3 – 5 working days, and you’ll find the expected delivery time for every item clearly stated on the product page and at checkout.

To ensure deliveries are as environmentally-friendly as they can be, Wordery will send your order in as few packages as possible to save on materials, fuel and landfill. They also ensure all paper and cardboard packaging is made from 100% recycled materials so you can rest assured knowing Wordery are doing all they can to protect our planet.

What is the Wordery returns policy?

If you’ve changed your mind about your Wordery purchase, you can return your book(s) for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The books must be in original, undamaged condition in order for Wordery to accept the return. For full details, check out their Returns Policy.

Does Wordery sell ebooks?

No. Wordery believes there’s nothing better than the look, feel and smell of a proper book, so every purchase through Wordery will be a proper, physical thing you can hold.

Can I review my Wordery purchases and recommendations?

Absolutely! Wordery encourages honest conversation and reviews in their community to help them improve your recommendations and to get people excited about reading again. There are some House Rules when it comes to leaving reviews (mostly about not being offensive), but otherwise you can easily review any book you’ve read in the ‘My Reviews’ section of your Wordery account.
