How do I use my Dickies discount code?

Once you’re ready to pay for your order online with Dickies, click on the basket icon to go to the checkout and enter your promo code in the space provided - don't forget to hit 'apply'! Once you've done this, simply fill in your payment details to complete your purchase!

If you've selected a deal which doesn't require an offer, you can simply check out as normal, we'll apply your savings to your basket automatically so you don't have to do a thing!

Can I track my Dickies order?

Yes, you can. Just wait for your shipping confirmation email to arrive to get your order ID and then you can go to the order tracking webpage to keep an eye on your items as they travel to you.

What is the Dickies return policy?

With Dickies you have 30 days to return any items you don’t want to keep. Once you've notified Dickies that you will be returning your items, you'll have 14 days to send your order back.
